Made from de-stemmed grapes. Long maceration during 21 days. 14 months ageing in French and American oak casks. It is dark Morello cherry colour. On the nose, the wine has intense ripe fruit aromas, with hints of dark spices and minerals, giving the wine a fine, elegant character. On the palate the wine reveals perfect harmony, with body and noble tannins, the correct amount of acidity, full of flavour, satisfying with a long finish and a persistent, well-balanced aftertaste.
Ideal to accompany grilled red meat, game and roasts. Best consumed at 18ºC.
