The only requirement for making purchases is that you must be registered as a customer. Just fill in our form with your contact, shipping and invoicing details.

You can register during your visit whenever you like.

If you can't remember your password, please get in touch with this and we will send to you.


1. - Choosing the product:


In order to make an order, just choose the number of bottles per box of the selected wine and click on the “purchase” button. The product you have chosen will be added to your shopping cart, where you can indicate the number of boxes you require.
Our web site is designed to allow you to continue purchasing or to go on to process your order once you have completed your selection.
If you are looking for a product and cannot find it, please let us know via our customer service. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.


2.-Choosing the payment method:


We show you your shopping cart so that you can check on full details of your order and choose your preferred payment method, i.e., credit card or bank transfer.
If you are already a customer and have registered before, you must identify yourself at this point with your user name and password.
If you are still not registered, you can follow this simple procedure now and return to your order later in order to continue purchasing.


3. - Confirming the order:


Once the purchasing process has been completed, you will receive an e-mail indicating full details of your order. If you do not receive this, please get in touch with us.
Should you choose to pay by bank transfer, our e-mail will also indicate the numbers of the bank account to which you can make your payment. Please specify clearly your name and the order number indicated in our confirmation e-mail.
The availability of products is subject to stock levels in the wineries. Should any product be out of stock, we will inform you immediately.


4.- Shipment and delivery


Orders will be sent immediately on receipt of payment. Your order will be delivered at the indicated address within a few days.
We will keep you informed as to its status during preparation and shipment.
The cost of shipments within the Iberian Peninsula will be calculated in accordance with the weight of the order, according to the following tariffs:

Nº. of bottles: Shipping costs
Up to 12: 12 Euros
Between 13 and 24: 22 Euros
Between 25 and 36: 31 Euros
Between 37 and 48: 39 Euros
More than 48: 46 Euros


These prices do not include shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands or other countries.
