Made from selected vines from the family estate. The hand picked Tempranillo and Graciano grapes were fermented by strict carbonic maceration for sixteen days at 25ºC. Then the wine was pressed by the traditional method of grape treading, to be stored in stainless seteel tanks until bottling.
It has an extraordinary red ruby colour with a robe of violet tones. It is clear and deep on the nose, the fruity aromas predominate, mainly blackberry but also some liquorice too. It is very well structured and flavourful. A light carbonic acid makes it a lively wine and also provides jus a pint of sharpness. It leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.
To be served at 16ºC.
