This family winery was founded in 1978. It was initially
built by Jose Ignacio Hermosilla Berzal. These days, this three story
winery has expanded in an important way, aiming exclusively at
making their fresh and fruity young wine using the traditional carbonic
maceration method. Thanks to the modern advances of air
conditioning and heating, they maintain their winery at the perfect
temperature for winemaking. In 1999 the family decided to create a
new winery aimed solely at aging their Crianza and Reserva
wines.
