After a manual vintage of the bunches of the varieties 95% Tempranillo and 5% Viura ferments in tanks with a temperature of 30-32ºC for 9 days overpumping every day to achieve the desired colour and bouquet.
Cherry colour with a shade of violet very deep and brilliant. Intense bouquet of wild berries. In the mouth it provides us pleasant sensations that remain for a long time making it unmistakable.
