For the preparation of crianza
they use totally the Tempranillo variety. These grapes come from old
vineyards that are harvested manually not to damage the bunches. In
the winery, they ferment in stainless steel tanks for 10 days
approximately and later remain for 5-8 days in tanks following with
overpumpings. Its fermentation is malolactic and it is raked by passing
to a French and American oak cask for 12 months. After this period it is
passed to a bottle where it finishes its rounding.
Deep dark
cherry, with good coat, clean and brilliant. Bouquets of ageing with new
wood prevailing over an elegant bottom to ripe black fruits. In the
mouth well integrated acidity and full pass, silky and with large end,
with intense tastes and well structured.
