Bodegas Viña El Fustal, SL was founded in 1988
on the slopes of the Sierra de Cantabria in the town of Samaniego (Alava). It is
a winery that makes Crianza wines which is a result of having
expanded from their previous winemaking tradition, both of which are
part of the Appellation d'Origine Rioja. The founders of the winery were
Antonio and Jesús Majuelo and their father Juan Cruz. The winery is
currently run by the sons of both men and maintains its family-like
character.
From the rigorous selection of their wines come the
varied wines that the winery has on the market. Young wines, reds,
rosés, and whites as well as crianza and reserva wines with unique
characteristics.
