Colour: Green, brilliant, and very clean.
Nose: Without moving the wine glass, tropical nuances are evident, distinguished by melon, pineapple and a hint of banana. When swirling the wine, its freshness stands out and citric nuances become evident.
Taste: The initial taste is marked by freshness, medium mid palate, good balance found between the level of alcohol and acidity, long aftertaste and emphasis on tropical fruits mixed with a hint of pear.
Temperature: Between 7º and 10ºC.
Recommendations: Starters, any type of fish, mild seafood and white meats and rice.
