Wine with a medium-high centre of colour, pure and shining,
abundant in juice. We can observe a central halo of striking cherry
colour, with violet-coloured streaks around the rim of the glass, and
where we can see an extensive centre of glycerine (the juice). Very
vinous ?alcoholic- and vanilla aroma. Balance of primary aromas, red
fruits ?strawberry and raspberry jam-, and tertiary aromas with a mild
sense of liquorice and high roast flavours. Very balanced, plentiful
range of aromas and long-lasting. Perfect balance of sensations. None
of the tastes stands out above the others. The sensation of sharpness
on the lips is balanced by the acidity of the wine.
