Wine elaborated with the best Tempranillo grapes of the property, selected from plants which are over 50 years old, unirrigated vineyards. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, during 11-15 days the lees are pumped over the cap on a daily basis to bring the must into contact with the grape skins and so that the wine begins to define its own personality.
This wine is produced only in the best vintages.
Intense aroma of ripe fruit, well combined with touches of roasted wood, spicy, with nuances of vanilla due to the ageing process in oak. Balanced in the mouth, with a perfect harmony between subtle tannins and a pleasant acidity. Tasty and full-bodied, fine and elegant.
To accompany: red meat, lamb, pork and beef roast, game, poultry, stews, cured and blue cheeses.
