Wine that represents the tradition and personality of the Rioja Alavesa since it is elaborated by the method of carbonic maceration. The difference lies in the use of a "winemaking vat" in the traditional method where whole bunches of grapes are poured into it in order to get a maceration that is able to extract the best aromas and colours of the wine.
Purplish colour of medium intensity, clean and bright. Fruity aromas with reminiscences of banana and red fruit. In the mouth it is smooth and refined, with a tasty palate and very easy to drink.
To accompany stews, fish dishes and barbecued meat.
