Wine elaborated with the best Tempranillo grapes of the property, selected from plants which are over 50 years old, unirrigated vineyards.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, during 11-15 days the lees are pumped over the cap on a daily basis to bring the must into contact with the grape skins and so that the wine begins to define its own personality.
This wine is produced only in the best vintages.
A clear and cherry red colour with brick red tinges. Complex, ripe stewed black fruit, well assembled with the new oak. Touches of tobacco, leather, and black pepper. Elegant, silky, well balanced, and long lasting.
To accompany: Game, roast meat, and other meat dishes.
