This family winery was built recently in Elciego (Alava). The property is 12ha of family-owned land that is 25 years old with 95% Tempranillo grapes and 5% Grenache grapes.
The "La Romañiquez" property has sandy soil and is limited to the south and east by the Ebro River and to the north and west by the Miralobueno hills. This makes it so that the vineyards enjoy all of the hours of sunshine possible while being protected from frost.
Initially, they launched their first wine on the market which was a young wine called Caecus.
