The Aguirre family owns an ancient winery where there are
subterranean caves adorned with stone arches, and where
temperatures remain at 12ºC-15ºC throughout the year. It is here that
they carry out the whole process of ageing the wine. They have an
American oak cask which is over 100 years old and has a capacity of
5.600 litres.
The new winery was built in 1993, which is where the
wine harvest and bottling is carried out. Their vineyards expand over
12 hectares, consisting of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and 5%
between Mazuelo and Viura
