Bodegas Mitarte is a family winery that, despite being founded in 1992, has inherited a great tradition from their ancestors. All the grapes that enter their wineries are from their own vineyards and the priority in production is quality, rather than quantity.
Wines produced by MITARTE are the work of genius and the earth, ready for pleasure and enjoyment, and respect the oldest of Rioja Alavesa traditions whilst incorporating current scientific and technological advances. It is for this reason that they have been awarded prizes in the international wine-tasting event "ZARZILLO" and the gold medal in Radio Tourism´s gastronomic contest.
